Realism is hard.

I got a lot of really got ideas for my story, but no way to make them realistic. Ideas like a vacuum-sealed heat-shielded and insulated exo-suit with a parachute: I call it "The Orbital Drop Suite." But what is it made out of? Carbon fiber and kevlar seem to fragile, but every thing else is too heavy. IDEAS, GO.
